Apex Athletes is a strength and conditioning organisa for individuals wanting to improve their lifestyle, sport or fitness performance and injury prevention. This program is run by Mateo from The Y Auckland City, who studied sport and exercise science at AUT.
At Apex Athletes, we are passionate that you can reach your full potential. Through the use of functional movements in your training, and the best evidence-based practice, you can develop all components of fitness that will help you reach your apex
Our purpose is to provide enrichment and skill development for individuals to see positive improvements in their performance and day-to-day lives.
We value the importance of specific, efficient, and effective training for lifestyle and sport to benefit goals and injury prevention. No matter your experience level , we believe that providing strength and conditioning support will help you in all ways to achieve your goals.
